• Customer's Desires are #1 Priority - Kim will work with each client to ensure that she gives them the exact look they are trying to achieve.  She will offer tips and advice for different types of looks the client can try based on her education and experience but the customer will ultimately dictate their desired look.

• Unique and Personalized Beauty - Kim has mastered advanced techniques to incorporate subtle beauty and unique design into all types of styles.  She can create everything from professional and conservative styles to daring and funky styles.  She has extensive education and experience in all age ranges, skin and hair colors, bone structures, and personality preferences.

If the customer is not 100% satisfied for any service Kim will work with the customer to re-do the service free of charge or refund the fees for the service.
